Coco Short
Coco Short and her crew welcomes you
aboard her 747 aircraft of music. She will be cruising to a high altitude
starting in the sixties, soaring through the seventies, flying into the
eighties, with a smooth landing in the nineties.
Her four to six person crew consist of her engineering keyboard player,
automatic pilot drummer, navigating bass player, and flight attendant guitarist;
with backup attendants singing and dancing when needed; and of course the
captain of the ship Coco.
The captain is a multi-talented entertainer who has been singing and dancing her
way into the hearts of audiences since she was eight years old, winning talent
shows on Saturday nights, and of course singing in the choir on Sundays.
At the age of fifteen she joined the Young Americans Performance Group and
attended theatrical school in Petoskey, Michigan. Since then Coco has performed
worldwide with many great talents such as Bob Hope, the late Liberace, New Kids
on the Block, Quincy Jones, and Anita Mann.
She has taken her own band around the world, delighting audiences in Europe,
Africa, Indonesia,, the Caribbean,, and Japan. Recently, Coco has been touring
in the United States, appearing in Los Angeles, Reno, and of course Las Vegas.
Now she's recording her first album which will send this fantastic singer
soaring into the twenty-first century.
